Through my own experience as a client, I have come to believe in the healing qualities of the therapeutic relationship. In addition to my training, I also bring life experience which I use to try to understand your unique perspective. I offer a non-judgmental and safe place for you to explore your own inner wisdom. I work to help you draw on your own inner strengths to overcome adversities and thrive in life. I believe in the innate value of all people and want to help individuals and couples heal from past wounds, build stronger relationships and achieve their best lives. As a psychotherapist, I utilize evidenced-based and practical techniques to get the most out of our time together. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II- Complex Trauma (CCTP-II). I am trained in Progressive Counting (PC) and have completed all three levels of the Gottman Method Couple Therapy. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) who has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I integrate these modalities into therapy. As a mediator, I am a Registered General Civil Mediator, Domestic Relations Mediator and Specialized Domestic Violence Mediator. I offer trauma-informed mediation to make the process constructive instead of destructive.

I am a mental health coach who helps people improve their mental health and well-being and am passionate about helping people reach their full potential. While I am not a therapist, I am someone that has experienced the struggles and challenges in the area of mental health and have benefited greatly from the use of therapy, groups, and coaches. This has created in me a passion to help other people on their own journeys.
I have almost 20 years experience at IBM, AT&T, Equifax, and Google managing conflict and risk with executives, teams, and individuals by navigating through the ambiguity, complexity and challenges faced. I also serve as a Registered General Civil Mediator. Simply put, I help people make risk based decisions and implement effective controls with assurance through analysis, decision-framing, coaching, and building effective processes and tools for them to use.
I take a similar approach in the area of mental health where we discuss your concerns, issues, and risks and work together to find ways to mitigate and manage them through the available resources. Much like a business, we all have limited resources, yet we ourselves have unlimited potential, so let’s work together to find what will work for you and eliminate and reduce the risks in your life.
