Oftentimes, healing comes in community. Group counseling offers an opportunity to find others who can relate to your struggles and help you move through with more support.
Therapeutic Journaling
The goal of this group is to use journaling as a way to discover your true self and share your discoveries with others on the same journey. Group meets weekly for 90 minutes. Group is lead by Nicole Yaksh, LPC, NCC, CCTP, RYT-200.

Therapeutic Movement
Yoga means union. Yoga can be used to unify the body and the mind after the connection has been lost through painful experiences. Yoga can bring advanced emotional healing when offered in a safe space that allows the release of long-held trauma. The goal of this group is to connect within yourself. Group meets weekly for 60 minutes. Group is lead by Nicole Yaksh, LPC, NCC, CCTP, RYT-200.

Therapeutic Book Club
The goal of the therapeutic book club is to make meaningful connections through reading and discussion. Group meets weekly for 90 minutes. Group is lead by Nicole Yaksh, LPC, NCC, CCTP, RYT-200.
